Order cancellation

You can cancel any order within 3 hours of placing an order. We start processing your order just after 3 hours of placing the order. So, after 3 hours of placing the order, we don’t allow cancellation of the order.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore,  you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo of the product while receiving from the delivery man, please call us immediately to our support team. If you already paid for the product, we will then start processing for another brand new product for you. OR if you want a refund, then send the product to us. After receiving the product we will issue a refund for you. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of  OnnoRokomGift.Com (i.e. not cleared by Courier Services, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of OnnoRokomGift.Com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to you via your provided bKash Number.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed if you receive a Damaged Product, Wrong Product that you did not order for. If you receive the product in a good condition, we usually don’t allow any exchanges. But we always love to hear from you. Most of our products are hand made products and they are involved lots of effort by the maker/designer of the products, so it’s very difficult to give you exchanges for the products that you received in good condition. Hope you understand.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
